The Annex Information

 

The Annex Room Features

The Annex rental fee ($30 hr for entire time you occupy the space) and prior access to the room for decorating, deliveries, etc.  We can accommodate up to 100 guests depending on the seating arrangement or 75 for a reception style dinner  Our round tables (60") seat 6 guests each.  Our rectangular tables (6 ft) can seat 6 guests each.  All tables and chairs are included. Total space is 3,000 square feet with rest rooms, kitchen (2 stoves/microwave), video games , pool table, foosball and air hockey.  *Bring quarters for games.

 

Accommodations

For your convenience, The Annex offers the following accommodations: 

- Staging/Warming Kitchen  

- Dressing Room   

- Restrooms    

 

Food

Unlike many facilities, there will be no extra charge at The Annex if you arrange your own catering or bring in your own food.  

 

Note:

The Annex does not provide ice. You must bring your own ice. 

 

Alcohol

The Annex is an alcoholic free establishment and does/will not offer alcoholic beverages for sale.  The sale of alcohol or alcohol related tickets, vouchers, coupons, etc. is prohibited. You may not bring your own alcoholic beverages.  

 

Decorations

You are welcomed to decorate for your wedding reception, baby shower or birthday party and we will try to accommodate any special requests that you may have.  We ask that you do not use any materials that would cause damage to surfaces, such as tacks, staples, nails, etc.  

 

Parking

There is plenty of free parking available.  

 

Audiovisual Services

Sound equipment is included in the rental agreement. And a large TV & DVD Player (Roku player with YouTube)
