The Annex

From birthday parties to community meetings, we have the facility to suit your needs. To schedule your event at "The Annex", please fill in and send the form for availability or call/text (540)908-8130.

Parties

For special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries or graduations, The Annex offers an indoor facility complete with kitchen and restrooms. You can choose an intimate setting for 30 people or expand your guest list to 100 for a more lively celebration.

Banquet

We can accommodate up to 100 guests depending on the seating arrangement. Our round tables seat 6 guest each as well as our 6ft rectangular tables.

Meetings

The Annex has available meeting/assembly room, P.A. systems, various audio/visual equipment and screens. Whether you need a small meeting room for 20 people or a large one for 100, our facilitiy is well-equipped to handle your needs.

Weddings/Reception

The Annex offers accommodations for indoor weddings. Our indoor facilities allow for 30-100 guests with table seating.
